Alington Mudzingwa
Board Member
Alington Mudzingwa is a visionary development strategist and advocate for inclusive mental health integration in community systems. As a Board Member of the Queen of Peace Institute, he contributes to institutional governance, strategic planning, and the advancement of evidence-based mental health initiatives across Zimbabwe.
He is the Founder and CEO of ALIEUM Investments, a multi-sector enterprise focused on agriculture and sustainable livelihoods in rural Zimbabwe. His work emphasizes community empowerment, resilience-building, and the intersection of economic development with social impact.
Alington has also served on the Board of Gweru Polytechnic, where he supported technical education advancement and institutional innovation. His cross-sector leadership reflects a deep commitment to holistic development, spanning mental health, education, and economic empowerment.
He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at the School of Public Policy, Chiang Mai University in Thailand, with a focus on global development and institutional reform. He holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Local Governance Studies from Midlands State University and a National Diploma in Transport Management from Gweru Polytechnic.
In 2021, Alington was honored as one of Zimbabwe’s Young Iconic Pace Setters by Zimbabwe Business Connect for his entrepreneurial vision and commitment to social transformation.
