Queen of peace Rehabilitation and crisis centre was founded in January 2006. It was then named Queen of Peace Halfway Home signifying the philosophy behind its foundation which was based on the need to rehabilitate inmates so that they are able to be integrated back into the society as full participants. The centre is a result of a humble gesture by Mr. and Mrs E. Size of Size Investments, Gweru. It was through their interaction with Sr Stella Khumalo nee Punungwe that the Size family was inspired by the plight of the mentally challenged people and vulnerable children in the Midlands Province that they decided to donate a home towards this noble idea. .READ MORE
